О кейсе

A game for the conversations girls rarely get to practise.

Find Your SKY was created for teen girls spending most of the year offline in Kenyan boarding schools, where pressure is real and honest conversations are often avoided.

300 Schools reached 150K Girls played 70 Felt more empowered The challenge Over one million teen girls in Kenyan boarding schools spend most of the year offline.

Difficult conversations around relationships, coercion and safety are often avoided, leaving girls with warnings but little space to practise how they would respond when pressure becomes real.

The idea Find Your SKY turned those conversations into an offline board game co-created with teen girls.

Through role-play and peer discussion, girls could explore pressure safely and practise choices before facing them in real life.

How it works Participants use scenario cards and Choice Cards to decide how they would respond.

As the game unfolds, peer-led consequences help girls understand how different choices can shape real outcomes.

The activation Find Your SKY was activated through facilitated school sessions built around discussion, participation and peer learning.

With approval from Kenya’s Ministry of Education, the game scaled across schools nationally and remained behind so girls could continue playing after the sessions ended.

The impact The game gave girls a safe way to test responses, hear from each other and build confidence before facing pressure in the real world.

What began as a school activation became a tool they could return to.
