Logline:

A heartfelt online film that transforms a routine car repair into an unexpected tale of enduring friendship — proving that even the most transactional services can unlock life’s most meaningful connections.

Challenge:

Injecting genuine emotion into the auto service category is no small feat. This OLV film rises to the challenge by defying category conventions and placing human connection at its core. Instead of spotlighting tools, engines, or mechanical expertise, the story opens on something far more relatable — a moment of simple gratitude between a client and his mechanic.
