We diagnosed the universal symptoms of the "hiring headache" — frustration, doubt, despair — and amplified them into a black-and-white PSA-style film. The minimalist approach, using a cyclorama and dramatic performances, turned the spot into a visual aspirin: simple, effective, and instantly recognizable.
