The Alfa-Bank Retail Business team is very large, and each team within it operates at high speed. To stay up to date and keep a finger on the pulse of the strategy, we hold the RED PEOPLE FORUM once a year. The goal of the forum is to bring together top managers and regional network leaders of Alfa-Bank in order to: Dive into the strategy. Share the retail results within the framework of the strategy, and highlight the key focus areas necessary to achieve our common goals. Exchange experience. The forum gathers network leaders from all regions — it provides an opportunity to share experiences and build new connections. Some of them take the stage to speak. Spark inspiration. We aim to motivate regional leaders to achieve outstanding results and energize their teams to perform even better. Achieving goals is easier when you're passionate about what you do. That’s why fire became the core visual theme of the event. We reflected it in the venue setup, presentations, and decorations. To accommodate 500 people, we built out an entire venue block, installed a stage in the business area of the hall, placed three vertical screens each 6 meters tall, and set up a registration zone, cloakroom, and a large amphitheater. We spent two months preparing the speakers for their presentations, covering key areas of development — from products and sales to customer loyalty and regional expertise. Public speaking coaches helped the speakers find time for preparation, structure their talks, and fine-tune their delivery. Meanwhile, our design team created clear and visually appealing slides in the forum’s style. As a result, for the first time in a year, we brought together all regional retail business leaders along with Alfa-Bank’s top management team. We immersed participants in Alfa-Bank’s new strategy and answered key questions about the direction of the retail business. We introduced new products soon to be launched, created a platform for sharing experiences, and united and motivated the team for future victories. In the end, the event received an overall guest rating of 4.9 out of 5.
