The essence of the HR brand of an IT company hh.ru is Stay charged. The company creates an environment that keeps employees engaged and helps them stay interested in their work. When creating the identity of the company’s HR brand, we took as a basis the design style of batteries and chargers. The theme of energy and «charging» can be traced in the lettering of the brand line, corporate patterns and graphic icons. Another element is a dynamic frame in the shape of the letter h, which can be transformed depending on the proportions of the media and filled with content.
